Industry Experience

Amanda White is our Student Success Coach at Nichols. Amanda does the advising for all our Graduate students as well as teaches our Experience Nichols classes and has taught Business Communication in the past as well. Amanda holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Nursing from Saint Joseph's University as well as a Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership from Nichols.

Amanda has experience in the nursing field as a Medical Surgical, Pediatric, and Emergency Room nurse, as well as leadership experience managing a 23-bed Medical Surgical and Pediatric department, and most recently managing a 9 bed Intensive Care Unit. Amanda has performed in the nursing supervisor role and has been part of and/or chaired numerous committees. Most notability her committee work on her self-started Palliative Care committee got her an invitation to speak at the State Capital for a televised event on National Health Care Decision day.
