Biography

Professor Duhaime brings more than 35 years of business experience to the classroom. As a Management Consultant, he has worked with client companies in the improvement of business operations including productivity, business processes, customer service and overall efficiency. In the manufacturing area, he successfully guided a multi-million dollar manufacturing business to achieve a significant and sustained improvement in profitability. These were combined with improvements in manufacturing operations, quality management initiatives, and improved employee and customer relations.

He views his opportunity to teach at Nichols College to be both professionally and personally fulfilling and believes that the best part of his day on campus happens in the classrooms of Davis Hall.

Industry Experience

Professor Duhaime has earned the CPIM Certification in Production and Inventory Management, and the CIRM Certification in Integrated Resource Management. He has spoken extensively at conferences throughout the Northeast and internationally on manufacturing and business-related topics. His writings have appeared in Performance Advantage magazine.

When he’s not on campus, Professor Duhaime enjoys kayaking, bicycling, hiking, camping and playing Scrabble with his family.
